The listing, Portable DVD Player (PleaseRead) has ended.

I bought this at the Goodwill for $20; when I got home I found a charger wire. The screen does not light up or work. The dvd plays because you can hear the audio, but not video, so my daughter used it for her One Direction cd's. I took it apart to see if I could install a new screen myself. What I saw was too complicated; I knew I could not do it, but maybe somebody out there can.

would this work if just plugged into the tv, as just a dvd player?

It might. I have not tried it. I see no reason it shouldn't because ss I described it plays the audio of the dvd, just can't see the video, so I guess if you havr an AV out cord it would work.

Could you plug into a TV and see if it'll work that way? My daughter needs a DVD player for her TV. Thank you
Oh and doors it have a twist cable or the red white and yellow plus on it .. Thank you

I don't have the right AV out cable to check it. It does not come will. the cable for AV out.
