These string the SHORT way, so use them to nest against other beads as spacers. The photos show the same sized rondelles (in different colors) nested with 4 mm beads (which kind of hide between the rondelles) and 8 mm blue crystal beads. Using these rondelles with small bead creates a great "focal" bead, pendant or earring! If you use larger beads between the rondelles, more of the larger bead will show.
