Description

The listing, Toy story Valentines day cards has ended.

I know that food is not allowed on listia that is why i contacted a moderator and asked if I could list this before I did and this was his response:
ListiaTy, Jan-03 20:49 (PST):
If there is no possible way to remove the lollipops without changing the value of the auction, then it can be listed.
A good example of this would be a PEZ dispenser. The dispenser is what the auction is for, but if it's sealed, it also happens to come with candy. There isn't any way to remove the candy without changing the value (ie, opening the sealed packaging) so the PEZ dispenser would be fine to list.
From how you've described what you have, I believe this should also be the case and wouldn't be against the rules.
If you have any further questions please let us know and we thank you for using Listia.
Sincerely,
ListiaTy

The package is still factory sealed it has 32 cards and lollipops and that includes one for the teacher! I bought these for my son and he did not want them he wants the one with the soccer goals that had the soccer ball the kids can play with.

To better explain....The lollipops that are with the valentines cards are individually wrapped and then they are packaged inside a box that is still sealed....I have three children of my own (7,5,3) and i went out and bought valentines for my sons preK class and my daughter's second grade class my son and daughter was not with me so i bought a variety and he chose the ones that he wanted (they are soccer goals that have little balls that come with them to play soccer) my daughter chose the ones with Pixie sticks. So I thought i would help someone out and list the ones that was not wanted instead of returning them to the store. I also plan to list some that are princess with pencils in them as well as a few others. For someone to come on my auction and make accusation that "there is a lot of crazy people out there" is both rude and insulting to me as a person as well as a parent. But that is Okay I have blocked her from my auctions I have no negative feedbacks..I have actually not even had a neutral feedback only positive and most of my stuff has been items for children...and yet someone with 5 negative feedbacks (with less auctions listed then I have had) wants to come and be rude on my auction that is just insulting to say the least. I wish everyone the best that is bidding and if you prefer not to bid on this that is fine but there is no reason to be rude...I have not ever been rude on anyones auction if I dont want it I just DONT BID...and I would hope that no one else would be rude on mine!

Bidding! Don't let her get you down, I think people have a right to pick & choose what they want to bid on. I Really don't think suckers is going to harm anyone lol I Mean it's not like Soft candy where someone could put something in it ( Ya know how they talk smack about halloween etc) Thanks for offering these up!
