The listing, Puffy Vest from Express has ended.

Wonderful condition hooded vest from Express. My mom gave me this and I never wore it. She may have worn it some before giving it to me. It's just not my style. Love the light blue-ish green color though.
Tag says it's filled with feathers.
Size small. Has inside pockets too. Looks like it could be reversable, but it isn't because there is a tag.
