The restaurant was called Shady Tree or Shady Oak? Her name was Opal Roper--my sister had to correct me. The restaurant was one building over from the blinking light....

My twin says that the building is not there any more--it is a parking lot. The food was always cooked from scratch and the fish freshly caught. Opal always had the best pies/cobblers according to my sis.
