Size large but it fits more like a medium. Color is more of a off white, short sleeves w/elastic and a little ruffle. The collar has elastic and a little ruffle. Has two string ties with tassles. Buttons, down the front. Has a design of flowers on each side at front top. The back is tailored. Material is 100% cotton, made in India.

I bought this blouse used but did not fit and I wear a large, so my loss, your gain.
