Not for a doll. Allthough I suppose you could use it on a doll that is approximatley the same size as a new born.

It is not for a doll. It is constructed in a baby doll style cut. It's a dress for a real baby. The baby doll cut means there is a hem just under the chest so that the bottom flairs out. I suppose I worded the title wrong! Sorry for that!
