Brand new Ruby Rox dress. Soft fabric with ruching. Really cute on! Was given to me but I can't fit it. Goes just past the knee. I love it.

It's a junior's small so I'd say a size 5.

If you have a small chest and small hips. I can usually get away with some smalls but I couldn't fit this one because my chest is too big for it.
