I don't know a whole lot about phones, so sorry if it takes me a bit to answer an questions. I've had the phone 2 months, always with a screen protector & case on it. There are no dings or scratches on it. I have the manual & owner's guide still.

I just upgraded phones & just no longer need this one :)

This phone only works with Straight Talk service

Straight talk phones work with either ATT or Verizon. So does this phone an ATT or Verizon phone?

No, it works for Straight Talk, but Straight Talk use Verizon or AT&T lines is what I meant. It is strictly for Straight Talk service

I need this! My current staight talks screen broke. Been with straight talk for 3 yrs now. You can switch between verizon and att, you just have to call them or have walmart do it for you at the phone centers. Me and my husband have done that to find better signals.
