:-) no problem! I know it can be hard starting out, but once you get into the flow and how people bid and what's hot items I know you will really like it! It can be so fun and at times you think no one is gonna bid at all but then all the sudden you ended up with around what you hoped for if not more at times :-) ! Best of luck! As far as you getting credits for items you sold and shipped. The winner has to claim they received it. They do so by hitting the got it button. If I remember correctly if they don't do that then it may take up to 21 days. Also send with tracking to protect yourself! If you see on tracking they received their item just send a quick email maybe asking how things went do they have it and a reminder to leave feedback! Now if you have won and it has been longer than 7 days after seller says they shipped it then I would email them asking how to check the status of its arrival. Things like that may help. Tho if the seller doesn't respond and it is past the 7 days you could also click the things didn't go as planned button. You would have to dispute either getting the item or you credits back. If the person has sent you a shipping payment via PayPal already click on that payment and they needed to select the payment is for goods or services on their end. it should have their address and information for a shipping label to be printed out. I have had issues with my account so I just have the payment sent to my PayPal and have it then deposited into my bank account. Then I just pull the money out and go to the Post Office. As far as PayPal goes I am not very good at getting it to work for me that well lol! If you are needing them to send you a payment still then all they need is the email address you used to sign up for PayPal and they can send it and you will then have it in your PayPal account shortly after yhey send it. If the issue is with PayPal I would contact PayPal just to double check. When it comes to you needing a refund on money you sent via PayPal then click on thay payment and there should be an option to dispute and request a refund. Oh one more thing the winner must send you their address thru Listia and I'd recommend shipping only to verified addresses. it will say it next to the address if it is. If their address isn't verified that can cause issues on your end printing out a shipping label from PayPal. Maybe submit a support ticket on both Listia and on PayPal.
