No, the only sign of any use is the underside of the handle. It has a very light mark on it about 1/4 of an inch in diameter. You could probably remove it, I just never messed with it since you can't see it anyways and I was always worried about damaging it. I only actually used the purse for 2 days before deciding that Vera Bradley just really isn't my style. It's adorable, just NOT me.... I am kind of a conservative, solids kind of girl ;)
