I believe your referring to a small battery that with an atomizer attached looks like a regular cigarette right? I'm pretty sure that this would charge that , as long as it's 510 threaded , your battery would be like a female , and this charger would be the male , all 510 batteries are the same voltage, just different sizes, I used this to charge a 1300mah battery and a 600 mah
