I have a Huawei Metro PCS Cell Phone that's like brand new it's a touch screen, wifi capable, it does take a memory Card but that's not included and it does NOT need a Sims Card, it's unlocked and has been restored to factory settings there are no scratches on it as you can see in the pictures it works great, and is a very nice little phone... I just got a brand new phone so I figured I'd put this one up for auction any other questions feel free to ask:)
