fits 10 in to 16 in dogs , so measure her chest and that will let you know.

States in description that it fits dogs CHEST SIZE 10 to 16 inches.... that's because its a HARNESS and they go by chest size not weight also package its attached to says for small dogs.... I raise dogs and it will most likely fit the pug but will probably be a little on tighter side because of the way they are built.....v best for everyone to measure your dog around his/her chest area for proper evaluation....
