Can you say more about this textbook? I can't find out a lot about it online except it is a custom text for Kaplan.

Yes I went to school at Kaplan for my bachelor degree. Great college. Yes Criminal Justice technology is my book purchased from Kaplan University. The last copyright is 2009. Some of the chapters in this book are: Chapter 1 is Introduction to police technology, Chapter 2 is Computer Basics Chapter 3 is Networks, Chaptetr 4 The Internet and Law Enforcement Chapter 11 Designing a PowerPoint Presentation Chapter 12 Wireless Communications and Chapter 13 is Hi-Tech Crime To give you an idea of the cost if you were to buy it Police psychology into the 21st century sells new $110.Criminal Justice Technology was $ 25. In order to get better results from your listing, please add a clear, close-up picture of the item in your possession instead of using a commercial photo taken by the manufacturer.
