I am a single mother and full time student, if you wait for either information, it is difficult for me to keep up, as I literally have at least 70 auctions going on at once. Which is why I have also decided not to take concealed cash or money orders, I apologize. Well, one of the reasons anyway. The process just takes double the time and in that span, it's difficult for me to go back and find that person.
Also, I will not refund credits because you choose to change your mind about shipping or the product when you get it. I clearly define any problems with anything and try to give all the information I know. I state clearly the shipping prices and they are not hard to see. I will do GIN's on some items, but most I like to give everyone a chance. If the auction gets high enough (depending on the size of the product), I will think about free shipping.
