Does it have any major dings or scratches on it? Does it take just a regular light bulb? And does it actually turn on and off? Thanks f&w

no dings and no scratches....and it does take regular light bulbs although I have only used up to a 40 watt in it...no lamp shade came with it but I have a blue one I can send with it...the lamp itself is a bit heavy and its ceramic....good luck in the auction
