The length is in the description as 24" long... I am not sure what a smaller woman sizes are so I would feel uncomfortable stating that it would or would not work. Sorry!

Oh, no..that's ok...I totally understand. I feel like that sometimes too when people ask me specific qestions about items I am selling. I am always afraid I am going to mislead them in some way. I don't know how I missed that in the description! LOL
