Clay Baby Fairy - collectors (not a toy)

I made this fairy baby out of clay then baked it in an oven, painted it with reborn paints and added the wings, that ordered from Ireland. It measures only 2 1/2 inches long. It takes a lot of time to make one of these and this was my 1st one. I love to make reborn baby dolls but I thought I would like to try making clay babies. I tried to add lots of picts. so you can see all around the baby.

what kind of texture are they? I know you made it out of clay and baked it, is it like a ceramic baby?

They are hard, smooth, cool, solid and heavy. I'm not sure how ceramic feels?
