does that have garter straps ? cant tell. really cute ! i can fit sum 36 and sum 38 depends if it runs smaller or well not all brands fit the same. is this a sung 36 or avg

I would say it is true to size. Its from Wet Seal and a design for teens. The bottom left picture shows the garter straps, but I did add another picture. All four straps are there and they are removable. I actually bought this for a Halloween costume . But I changed at the last minute so you can wear it as a shirt if you're brave enough outside of Halloween lol!
