FREE: strapless floral dress size small

The listing, strapless floral dress size small has ended.

so basically I love this dress...I don't want to give it up BUT someone I don't like has this dress and we ended up at the same party wearing it...my lady pride won't allow me to risk such a thing happening again so I must find it a new home asap lol it doesn't come with a belt but it has little belt hoops that I usually wear one of those thick "waist belts" with...I think thats what they are called...idk but I'm sure you know what I mean but it looks good by itself too...the belt hoops are pretty much camouflaged
