So, you can use painted cards, just like any other card, in tournaments? I've seen painted cards on the internet, but never in person, and I've always wondered about them.

I dont have much first hand experience with tournys but I do hear that so long as its a real MTG card that the alter is fine unless the judge says no. Things like tokens altered can be altered any way since they are not in decks. I kinda want an altered Emblem.
