This is new, ordered it for my Yorkie but didn't realize I ordered wrong size! This is for a very small dog. Just make sure your dog wears a small before bidding on it please.

From bottom of collar I measured it to be 8" length, neck opening measure10" and chest 13"

I want this for my 4lb yorkie, Theodoore. If I cut off the pink bow do you think it will still be too girly for a manly like Teddy??

Well it does have ruffled sleeves to, and a little strip of ruffels at the top beneath the collar. Unhooked the bow but it still looks girly for a little manly dog : ) . Sorry
