Off hand I would say the Scry lands are good- you blink one out and csry when ever you want to. Or the Vivid Lands, you get 2 counters when they come into play , you run out of counters- just blink them out and get your 2 counters back~! Or I use them for Gaea's Cradle, Tap it for how ever much creatures I have- then blink it , it comes back untaped so I can tap it again and add more mana...!

Oh~! And theres the Life Gain lands when they come into play, and the Remove a Graveyard land when it comes into play, or the look at the top 3 cards of your library and put them back in any orderWhen it comes into play land....... Very useful indeed!
