Like you said, I have lots of positive feedback, which paints a clear picture that I am honorable caring person. If something should go "wrong", I will do everything I can to make it right! Unfortunately, I have some serious chronic health problems and was hospitalized so my husband in his well-intended efforts tried to help me, made some mistakes & some unfortunate oversights occurred by both of us. As far as the 1 negative feedback, it's simply heartbreaking. I literally have lost sleep over it. I don't understand how some people can live without truth, ethics & compassion. This person claims they didn't receive the item, but I have the receipt and emailed Listia to let them know the receipt #. I offered to send copies of the receipt and any other information, but they refunded her points without any notice to me. It's so frustrating! I've gone out of my way for other "Listians" to mitigate ANY possible damages. I've returned points and still shipped those people the items they had their heart set on receiving when things were delayed due to my hospitalization and I never charge shipping fees even though I can't work due to my poor health at age 36, because I've become too sick. I spend my days making jewelry and accessories for the the nurses and LNA's who take care of me 3 days a week when I go for treatments at the hospital. Occasionally, I sell my handmade items by request, but lately I list these items on this site for free, in order to get a feel as to which items I make would do well, if I began selling on Etsy.com. I have always been one of those people who enjoy giving thoughtful gifts to make people happy. (which is why always include a free gift/surprise with almost all my auctions) So please, decide with your heart, whether you want to bid on my auctions. I can't express to you how much I appreciate you asking me about your concerns instead of making uninformed judgements.

Love this my wife will love it if i win it for her i have read all the stuff you posted on here and i just have to say you are the most professional and courteous(sp) person i have seen on here so far big props to you! my wife has health issues as well and she has a man harassing her on her listia over an item she could not send due to being hospitalized so i understand exactly what you are going through and i am definitely fanning and will bid in the future as well

Thanks you so very much for your kind comments, thoughtfulness and compassion. I am sorry to hear that your wife is not well, but it seems to me you are an amazing support system. Having a chronic disease is tough enough on it's own. Having people doubt your trustworthy actions and true thoughtful intentions can be so damaging to your spirit. It's makes no sense to me how their are some people in this world who can be so cruel and lack empathy. I am virtually giving away items that I've worked so hard to create. I think some members of the site should keep in mind what Listia is about. It should be stress free and fun. I would hate to discontinue my Listia membership because of a few "bad apples" but I can't continue to get knocked down by petty, ungrateful people. Hopefully, there are more amazing people like yourself on Listia and less of the others so I can continue listing.
