Hey there! So I've completely restored my old ipod touch to auction off on here. The screen is very cracked & I imagine you would like to replace it (which is very easy & inexpensive). The screen still functions fine, hence why I never fixed it. There's no spot on the screen that isn't touch sensitive & it still operates 100%. It's the 8G 3rd Gen ipod touch. All of the buttons work & the headphone & charger port work 100%. I will include the usb cable so that when it arrives you may hook it up to your pc & put everything on it! It's ready to go, so happy bidding! :D

You are correct, I goofed up & have added a note. Definitely meant to say 2nd instead of 3rd. Granted, the only difference between the 2 gens is basically the minimum size.

It's an ipod touch, so it was never attached to a contract. (if you mean a mobile phone contract)

No, I'm sorry. The 4th generation has 2 built in cameras.

Yup! The only thing wrong with it is all cosmetic. The screen is (clearly) cracked pretty bad. But the sensitivity is all still there (thats why i never worried about replacing it, even though it's fairly cheap to do so) & it charges just fine!
