I bought this three days ago from the store thinking it would help my obese cat get some exercise... apparently he likes being fat. Opened once and he stared at it for 20 minutes..... It takes 3 "C" size batteries but i just left the ones i bought in it.

And it was like 20 bucks too. Bid bid bid!!! It's kinda cool cause the button to turn it on is on the top of the middle thing. You can just tap it with your foot and it goes on. Who ever invented this gotta be rich by now.

I didn't see the commercial. I paid 20 for one. As far as credits equal to dollars... I've seen other people's theories but it varies. And my therorie is there is no value. I don't ever pay for credits, so I have no clue.
