Used but in good condition still alot of life left in them still.....They say size 25 but, I'm a 3 an they fit me fine (they did for me fine) do to me gaining weight i have to get rid of them....They also have zippers on both of the bottom of the pant legs...Oh.the zipper on the front of the pants where the button is, its broke but you can put it right back on it, it's missing one tooth, but if you put it on the zipper it goes right up.......I don't have a tape measure so don't ask me to measure it, I'm 5,6 if that helps!!!!!!!All listia rules apply, please no rude comments, if you have any questions please fill free to ask me!!!!!!
