The listing, 1970 Russia Rouble Coin has ended.

Not sure exactly what this coin is or where it comes from. On one side it has a picture of a face and the dates 1870-1970. On the opposite side it has alot of letters which some are backwards or upside down.

Letter Key:
V is upsidedown
R is backwards
N is backwards
K is two k's back to back with one backwards

This is what the back says: CTO VET CO VHR POKVEHNR B.N.VEHNHA
inside of that it says CC CP OANH and some more letters under that
