It is size 40 and will fit B C or D .It has never been worn still has tag on it. I bought two and one was the wrong size .the hooks are in front for easy breastfeeding.Is a great gift for new mom! very comfortable!

So, the tag says it will fit B, C or D? Don't bras usually have 1 letter size on them? Sorry i'm a little confused. Is this from a non-smoking home? Thanks

yes it is for non smoking home and it it very stretchy and comfortable .tag says fits b c or d .it is made that way since breast size change alot after having a baby. it is very nice!
