never opened, i need this bad, i have an old desk top that some how windows got deleted from and need to reinstall widows on it, windows 8 is kind of horrible, my old lday's laptop has it and i hate it but if it will get my old desk top up and running i will learn to love it.

COA is Certificate of Authenticity. Did this come with a computer or is it retail?

it was made in Puerto Rico. it is the full version and it has never been opened. as far as the COA I haven't a clue as to what that means.
