This is for 1 Police Hat and 1 Set of Handcuffs (not to be confused with cuff links). The hat measures 1 3/4" x 2 1/2" and is made from plain black card stock enhanced with silver pen detailing, a silver badge from card stock, and gold "braid" trim from laser enhanced card stock. The set of handcuffs is made from shiny mirror-like) silver card stock and measures 2 1/4" across.

Great for those scraping projects for your police person friend, or for a wannabe-someday child. :o)
