It is a setting on your personal paypal. When you set it up, gives you the option to accept payments from ONLY paypal members...Would still be thru paypal. I type my card into your bill and paypal handles it...( i just dont have paypal) :-(

Lol thats the saddest part i had a failed attempt, ( :-( yeah...lol ) working on getting one...just havent gotten yet..ill get hubby on it and see if he can get it, only phones for internet...ugh

it has snaps yes. adjustable. very thick cloth. very absorbent.
