This is a token or medallion coin from The Department of Treasury. It comes sealed in it's original bag. The writing on the bag has worn off a bit, but originally read as "The Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Mint, Washington DC". One side has "THE WHITE HOUSE" with The White House pictured, and the other side says "SEAL of the PRESIDENT of the UNITED STATES" with the seal pictured.
