This is for 2 Champagne Toasting Flute Die Cut Embellishments cut from translucent or semi-transparent glassine. Each one is highlighted with glitter in frosty blue to give them a rounded look and to suggest moisture to enhance your paper crafting. They are about 2" high.

These are perfect for a New Year's Eve Scrapbook page of for any "toasting" occasion.
