You are looking at a brand new pair of woman's leggins with bottom elastic. Perfect to tuck into boots. Knit style black with elastic waist This is a size XL, made by Moda International, which is sold at a famous catalog.

Ultra soft material made of 70% cotton, 18% nylon and 12% cashmere. Machine washable.
I measured this pant one way across, layed flat and got the following numbers: 17 inches for the waist, 21 inches for the hips and the inseam is 33 inches.
