Are there any markings on the necklace at all. It appears to be very pretty, but I cannot identify the metal. Is it silver plated, gold vermeil, gold tone, or what. I cannot tell from the picture (and one can never really be sure, actually, by a picture), but I would like to know if you find any markings at all on the back or something that hangs off the closure. Give us some help here. We need to know what we are bidding on. Thank you for the chance to bid on it. It is really very beautiful.
