I can not be responsible for package once it leaves my house and delivered to postal service. My incident of a lost package has been averaging 1:200, I send first class without tracking, since I sell these pendants for $6-10 each and shipping is $1.28 each, in a lot of cases it is costing me money to make and send these items so I am not willing to lose any more than that. However if you would like to endure the cost of shipping and tracking I can do that for the exact cost charged by the postal service.
