I got this toy in the early 80's. It is not marked so possibly a knock off She does have the Yellow yarn hair, green eyes,Cabbage patch face with a dimple in one cheek.Her shoes are removeable but the dress cannot be pulled over her head, but it doesnt appear to be exactly glued to her body-but you would have to cut it off in order to put something else on her to wear. There is a little mechanism inside so that when you squeeze her shoulders, her arms spread. Then when you let go of her, she grabs onto things. Very fun and neat toy for those of you Cabbage Patch Collectors.
