i think i no what it going on actually, unless someone else bids, its not going to increase as its the maximum bid. its meant to help u pay the minimum u can possibly pay. do u no any of ur friends in listia? ask them to bid 250 and then u wil still be the top bid but the credit would be 250

The pen comes with a box which increases the weight by a bit. I am shipping from Canada, thats why its that expensive. Also, its the exact estimate i got for both, coz they r both from Florida. You can give me your address and I can check the estimate for u.
