I have a iPhone 3gs 8GB. the screen is messed up not sure why.

when I turn it on the screen stays gray on some parts it is an AT&T iPhone it does take a sim card it is an att phone but I jailbroke it and unlocked it and was using it with Tmobile but my wife accidently restored it therefore deleting all jailbrake and unlock programs.
