its a chinese clone phone. I have seen them many times. it is likeky unlocked as well. ..most are. It is NOT a Samsung

Yes it is. And I bought it at happydealscom. It's a nice phone, and I have a shipping slip to prove it. It just doesn't connect to sprint like I said. It connects to T mobile.

The carrier is T mobile, and it does take a Sim card. It does have wifi. We can't use it because we have sprint. It's never been activated, so that's why we can't use it. It's a fully functional smart phone.

We never activated the phone because we have sprint. Their are no scratches on the phone. It's only been in the box.
