This is a very nice pendent that has interchangeable stones. THERE IS NO CHAIN INCLUDED. I am not sure of the silver but this came from a very nice boutique.

I cannot say that they are genuine....I do know that it is a very nice piece but cannot confirm that.

If you check out the pictures there is one where it is pictured with a quarter. its a bit bigger then a quarter so I would so its about 2 1/2 inches to 3 with the prong.
