Victorian Cottage Classic!

DEEP RED "CLIMBING" ROSES -20 SEEDS!

No self respecting Victorian garden could boast a grand entry without their guest being able to literally "stop and smell the Roses." Now you can add that turn of the century feel to your private garden with the sweet smell of beautiful Deep Red Climbing Roses.

ZONES: 4-11 HEIGHT: 6-10'
Full Sun-Part Shade. For fuller blooms attach growing vine to a trellis and keep manipulating it in a horizontal position as it grows (sort of zig-zag) up the trellis. Rose seeds need to be cold stratified (placed in lettuce compartment of fridge) for 3 months before planting, so now is a good time to stock up!

Seeds packaged in breathable glassine bags. Color photo and instructions included. FREE SHIPPING

How fast do you expect these to grow? I Love roses. I am used to starts or small bushes. What has been your success rate??

Hey Deanna!
My supplier gives these a 85% germination rate. The word on the street is the rose vines (like most vines in general) grow much faster than their bush variety due to less work for the plant..i,e, no trunk or limbs to expend their energy on. I have one called the Blue Moon, which I am looking forward to growing this spring. But, I am going to have to get your advice on the bush roses...my attempts aren't producing any prize winners! Thus, I have high hopes on the vine versions :)
