IPAD does not come with device.

Added an outlet for the wall as seen in last two pictures. This way you can plug into the wall and not just something with a USB port, like a computer. Hope this helps:)

Fanned back! I could not tell you for sure when it comes to the IPAD mini? Pretty sure the IPAD mini has a smaller connection? Never have seen one but if you look at the connection port you might be able to see? I'll try to do some research:)

Just did some research and am almost positive it can not work with the mini because the connection is too big for the mini. Hope this helps:)
