Credits, and badges. As you move your way up (by listing more stuff) you can buy stuff with the credits. Watch the free videos everyday and try listing 2 items with free shipping a day to earn more credits. As people trust you-you will earn more. But an item like this-you may not want to do more free shipping as it can be costly. Offer it on smaller items that cost a stamp or so to ship.
