Hi, I wonder if you would answer two questions: 1) What size are they, and 2) Do you have to be standing to benefit from them? Can you be watching TV and wearing them or do you have to be bearing weight on them? Great auction!

Thanks! It is a one size fits all thing. I haven't used one, but you should be able to sit and use it. As long as there is some pressure on them. It doesn't say anything about having to stand.
