It's a Verizon wireless. I honestly don't know how to work this phone, my phone is very simple, my daughter was going to activate it,but a plan is useless where i live, there is no signal. the only thing wrong with the phone that i can see is the little cover on the charging port is gone,

I can't do gin yet, The phone uses the internet a lot, but i honestly don't know if it has wifi, i will check it some more and see if i can find out.

it is one of the older blackberry smartphones, if i could work it i would keep it, but i've had it about three years, my daughter was recently going to activate it but a plan would be worthless where i live no signal.
