This is the first book in soft cover by PC cast & Kristin cast in good condition with the last three pages being slightly taped because when I got the book idk till I brought it home that the book store must have accidentally box cut into the bottom back right hand corner of the book as it only cut the three pages as seen in pictures , with that there is very little wearing on the book at all . This would make a great gift for some one or just to treat your self .
