There are 4 pockets, 2 in front 2 behind those, they are the bigger ones, and have a case for wipes and a smaller pad with it, the other side has sinches, for big shampoo bottles or wash, or bottles. Opened, it is pretty big, can store lots of clothes or really anything, I myself took it on vacation and had plenty of stuff for 2 weeks and still had clean clothes!
